Breathe, Just Breathe.

Research has proven that breathing is a good thing.  We take about 25,000 breaths per day, mostly unconsciously, and while it comes to us naturally, it turns out many of us are doing it wrong.

It has been shown that breathing properly, is vital to good health and mental focus and clarity.  The practice of yoga helps us to focus on our breath and increase the flow of oxygen to our cells, resulting in higher energy and general wellness.
